Like a musical score with undulating scales, Moroccan cuisine plays admirably with the senses with force and poetry. Extremely varied and generous, this cuisine is a culinary journey, with very Arabian Nights scents, which we invite you to discover through the recipes of our cook Nawel.

Every day a different menu (starter, main course, dessert) for lunch and dinner will be offered. Completely homemade cuisine prepared with organic and fresh seasonal products.

Breakfast:

Hearty to start the day well: baghrir pancakes, msemen, fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade jams, honey, homemade bread, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, chocolate, and a savory note: tomato omelet and caramelized onions, fried eggs to choose

Lunch and dinner:

A starter carefully prepared by our cook, tagines with different flavors, the traditional Friday couscous, Tanjia, Makfoul tagine and many other Moroccan specialties await you…
